Kennco manufacturing plastic mulch layers

            The Kennco Manufacturing(Mfg) plastic mulch layer has all of the same options of the other companies.  The Kennco Mfg does offer some things that the rest of the companies don’t offer. These options would include a dry fertilizer box for applying dry fertilizer while laying plastic all at the same time.  Normally you would apply just your some type of fumigant while laying but being able to apply fertilizer at the same time will give a big jump to young plants.

            The Kennco bedder is slightly lighter then the other bedders but it isn’t quite as rigid or have as many options as the other bedders do.  The Kennco bedder is mostly designed for the sands of Florida because that is where Kennco Mfg is based from.  This means that a Kennco bedder would not do all that well in a gravely ground because the gravel won’t hold its shaped at all.

            The price for a Kennco bedder is also fairly cheap but that is because of the way that the plastic layers are built.  The price also reflects this.  The price will range from $3500 to about $4200 for a plastic layer with every option.
